When you come in with the intent to purchase items, and you cannot find them, and no one looks at you to help, it’s not going bode well with me. Literally, after 15 minutes in the store, no one even approached us or asked if we needed help. I would never do business here after this. The workers at Williams Sonoma Ross Park are MUCH nicer.

First time shopping at Crate & Barrel. Found the exact wine glasses that I have looked everywhere for. Very pleased with helpful staff. Definitely will be returning!

There’s some neat items here, but nothing crazy awesome. It’s a pricey store, so unless you’ve got money, I wouldn’t recommend starting a house from here.
