I have used Don's Appliances for 30 years. Great service and support. Very competitive pricing, many times the best price available. Service/Parts department willing to give tips to those who want to fix the appliance themselves. Delivery to Installation I give Don's a 5 star rating. Highly Recommended.

Very happy with our new wall oven. The delivery and installation team did a great job keeping me updated as they had to cut a slightly larger opening in the cabinet while not interfering with other cabinet doors or the refrigerator door. They provided quick instructions on its use and left the kitchen as clean as it was before they got there. The only downside, for which I blame Covid, and not Don's Appliance, was the long wait time between ordering and installation, 14 1/2 weeks, about six weeks longer than expected.

We bought a new fridge from Don's and the entire experience was fantastic. The 5 year protection plan was also priced nicely. Best Buy charges 4 times as much. The delivery was quick and came at the time they scheduled us for. They send you an app that shows where the driver is and where you stand in line for delivery.

I recently purchased a Whirlpool range and microwave from Don's Appliances at the Bilmar Dr. store. Bob at Don's Appliances was awesome to work with. It took me several weeks to make a decision and he was always so congenial when I would contact him with questions. The delivery guys were very kind and polite when they dropped off my microwave and range. Will not be installing the appliances for another week. Therefore, I cannot give a recommendation on the use of the appliances at this time.

I wish I would have discovered this appliance store many years ago. Their service was excellent. After having such a stressful time of trying to get a refrigerator during this pandemic and ordering and waiting months from another store only to receive a nonworking appliance, I contacted Don's and had a new and better refrigerator within 48 hours. It was so convenient and their responses were immediate. They kept in constant contact and being able to track the delivery was amazing. They will be my first stop from now on whenever looking for a new appliance.
