I went there today... I forgot the mans name he was soooo nice and to my 3 hyper boys too... I purchase my new bed easily... Everything was sterilized and he also sanitized his hands and was wearing a mask... He is very much appreciated.
The sales person Bernie was exceptional. He provided the details on the products and did not pressure us into buying something we didn't need or want. We can't wait to get our new matress!!

Stopped at the Original Mattress Factory and Bernie helped me pick out a mattress and box springs, arranged delivery, and was helpful and efficient. In less than a week, two delightful delivery guys brought the queen size mattress to the guest room and quickly disposed of the old set. Great price and excellent service.
We had a great experience at the McKnight Road location. Our salesman, Phil, was very knowledgeable, helpful, and patient. Our mattress was delivered exactly when promised. The delivery guys were fast and very professional. Most importantly, our new mattress is great.
