Very nice workers. Very helpful. The store is set up very nicely. Nice selection. Easy to imagine what a room could look like, most of the prices were Suprisingly reasonable for a furniture store like that. I wish they had a bigger selection of more unique pieces though.

7/24/2020 Edit: as of this date I have received all items included in my order. The delivery people were great, very kind and super fast getting our stuff in. The quality of the furniture is also fantastic. The customer service worked hard to keep me up to date on what was happening with the furniture and I am grateful for that. I still feel the company needs to rework their customer service outline in regards to giving customers a heads up on delays and realistic expectations for delivery. The people who work the customer service do a great job regardless. All that being said, I still do not feel I would make a purchase here again, and try to find a place that has more open communication with their customersnnOrdered a couch and chair in May, was told it may take a little longer due to everything that is going on. Totally understandable. However, it has since been delayed 5 times with no heads up from customer service. I spoke with a customer service manager who gave me a “90% confidence” that it would not be delayed again. Being dumb enough to listen I sell my old couch and chair expecting it to come next week, only to find out today it would not be coming until the first week in August. Customer service did not once contact me to let me know about the delay so now I will be without a place to sit in my living room for three weeks, but it will most likely be longer.

We bought a new house and needed a ton of furniture- prices and quality at Ashley were the best out of all the stores we went to in the north hills. Sarah A. Helped us pick out everything we needed and was very patient with us as we went back and forth over a few different pieces. It was a painless and actually fun experience!

I didnt get my furniture yet, but the shopping experience was exemplary. My associate Jayne at the McKnight Rd store was patient and kind and was beyond helpful with decorating ideas. She wasn't pushy and I'd recommend asking for her. Shopping experience was delightful and I ended up not buying 1, but 2 couches.

I had a great experience with Richard. Extremely professional and didn’t hound us to make a hasty purchase. He was attentive and helpful in making sure we fully understood our options.nnI really appreciated the experience and would recommend him to friends and family.
