Get rid of your manager...she is rude and unprofessional. She act like I was bothering her when asking questions about the products. Instead shoved an application in my hand and told me to bring it back. I was prepared to get the item on the spot. I just went to another location and got what I needed. I refuse to spend money in an establishment where my patronage is taken for granted.

I have purchased furniture from several Rent a Centers. The last couple years I have done business with this Rent a Center since moving into the Mckees Rocks Community three years ago. The Staff is always nice and upbeat and the Manager Montell is very professional and goes above and beyond to make sure your satisfied with your Merchandise. We all know Rent a Center prices are high, but he gives you the best deal he can and if anything breaks, he gets it taken care of immediately. It would be nice if we had more people like him running businesses in our community and giving back. Helping Churches and coaching football in the community. Great person to do business with.
