I have an account that I added a family member to.Both lines were 88.00 a monthThey said the bill would be 80.00.When I came here to get new phones they wanted to change our numbers.Also my bill went up to 130.00 a month instead of 80.00.My family member went in and seperated our accounts using my pin without me there.They let him do this and they will not honor their price guarantee and my bill is still higher than before.When I called to ask the lady to honor her price,and told her I did not consent to this...she told me he had my account number.BUYER BE AWARE HERE AT THIS STORE!I will be going back ro my other phone carrier
