On Sunday aug 30, I was at your store and found a purse I really liked with no pricetag. I looked for someone to help me and found Sharon. She couldn't find the price anywhere . We looked all over the bag and online. Well she went to find her mgr and told me to keep shopping as she would find me. About 10 minutes or so later she was back. The bag was on clearance!!!!! I just want to tell you that Sharon went beyond good customer service. She was so nice and so friendly. And stopped what she was doing to help me. I very much appreciate that.nSo here's to you Sharon......Thank you, Thank you, Thank you. You rock!!!!

I was greeted when I walked in the store and when I needed help to try and order off the kiosk and find items in the store was easy. But checking out they need more than 2 possibly 3 cashiers. I was in line for over 10 minutes.

I appreciate the Amazon return area being on the 1st level. It would be more convenient if the return exchange dept. was on the1st level too!

Did an Amazon return from here and it couldn't have been easier!nThat's the only reason for the 4 stars. Youre Amazon return receipt has a 25% off coupon on the back of it, but it excludes almost every single popular brand in the fine print! Total joke.

Too busy. There were at least 20 people in the checkout line. But I thought it would take longer to checkout but it didn't because they had 5 checkout lines. I like their prices and clothes available. I think I may go back soon.
