Ther best manager works at the Avalon location!
The worst location I have ever been to. Not once have I had a pleasant experience here, the service is horrible. Not only are they incredibly slow but they are constantly messing up my order. If it wasn’t for the fact that this is the only Dunkin’ near my job, they would not have my business. You would think using the app to purchase your order ahead of time would make the experience more pleasant but that is far from the truth. Often their lobby is closed due to “errors with the register” and yet they are still accepting walk in orders through the app. If they are out of stock on an item it is not properly recorded on the app. On more than one occasion I have made a purchase on the app only to find out something is out of stock. Once you purchase on the app you have to go back and forth with a customer service bot to get your money back or a voucher of some sort. All in all this place is horribly run, inconvenient and inefficient.
Hello! I have honestly never been inside store,have always taken advantage of drive through service. They have always been cheerful and friendly! My oderers have always been fulfilled as requested! Hope this is helpful and thanks for reading!
The staff is always in a great mood, and they were insanely busy on election morning.
Its....Dunkin Donuts...What more can I say other than that they are extremely fast and efficient at this location. Drive through is very fast.
