This location has become a professional and relaxing experience for me. Just what I was hoping for! From the front desk associate Grace was very friendly and efficient from start to finish and my massage therapist James is great at what he does! He was very courteous about what I needed in the session and he also delivered that experience with expectations met. He is great at firm pressure. One of the best masseuse I've had with that pressure method. I give him a standing ovation for his clapping technique. Pun intended. Thanks again massage envy squirrel hill staff!! Great location and friendly service! I got a terrible massage from Monica W. Her technique was awful and she asked me what she should do for the last 20 minutes of the session! Shouldn't she know what to do? I did however get a great massage from Patty. She has a great technique and I was totally stress free when I left!
James is awesome!! If you go there ask for him!!
