My pedicure by Christy at the Oakmont location was probably one of the best I've ever had. She guided me toward a color that I probably wouldn't have selected but is definitely me and my husband likes. Our conversation was engaging but not constant. She took great care with my toe nails--she had difficulty taking off the polish from my previous pedicure but persevered. I felt like she was really taking care of me, not just completing the pedicure. Christy will be my go to person in the future for nail services and looking forward to scheduling other services with her.
I have been a client at Cloud 9 since they opened as I was looking for a new massage therapist since my prior therapist retired. The team at Cloud 9 has always been nothing but exceptional - my services are always timely and I leave feeling refreshed and rejuvenated.nnInitially, I came to the business solely to help with chronic pain management, but now I receive several spa services from the team. They are all great and are highly professional and knowledgeable. I recommend cloud 9 to all my families and friends. I would also recommend you trying them. They are the very best.
Had a wonderful experience with Mark at could 9 for my massage!! The facility is very calm and so inviting. The whole experience was so comfortable for someone like me who does not get regular massages! Mark made it so easy to be comfortable and enjoy a wonderful massage. He also incorporated hot stones and cupping which was such a wonderful addition to the already wonderful massage. I will definitely be back for more services in the future!! What a perfect gift from my husband on valentines day!
I just had the second best massage of my life! The first being 2 weeks ago- here, at Cloud 9, because Mark is amazing! Cloud 9 is a cute little place with great employees and excellent service. I also had a facial a few weeks back with Ashly and I left with skin smooth as a baby’s bottom as well as a few laughs. The prices are competitive, but fair, and the staff goes out of their way to make you feel complete. Next up, nails!
