They were able to accommodate me on short notice. They made me feel comfortable and at ease. They were professional and personable. Very hygienic as well as Covid-19 compliant. The woman I was scheduled with did a very lovely job and I felt very pleased with how everything looked and felt after the waxing. Their line of products are very helpful and prices are very reasonable! I will definitely be going there to keep up on the look achieved by their services!

I scheduled an appointment a full month ago and I get a call a few days before saying that the specialist I scheduled with cannot take it.nnI was understanding and flexible and asked if any other specialist was available. I also asked if any other slots before the day I was leaving for vacation was available and they were unable to work with me to find an appointment.nnThere was no apology or attempt at reconciliation despite me trying to work with them to resolve the issue. I feel like they should have attempted to fill the staffing problem, at least prioritize appointments scheduled so far in advance, or offer some service in the future.nnThis is not the type of customer service I expected.

Professional and efficient employees! The wax is a good grade, it's their own patented brand and doesn't irritate my skin at all. They also have wonderful beauty products that don't irritate me. I'm very sensitive to chemicals so this is a huge plus that I haven't reacted negatively to their products. I'll definitely be returning!

I have been going with Alisha for almost 3 years. She is the best! I like the products and the wax they use in European Wax Center but the customer service that she brings to me it’s extra special.nI totally recommend this place and book an appointment with her. She is fantastic in her job!

I like the walnut street wax center better than the others. sometimes my regular hot wax place (Judit) is really busy and I'm bad at making appointments. This is a good walk in place.
