I stopped outside this store today and knocked on the door to ask for directions. I don’t know if I unknowingly broke your social distancing protocol and I apologize if I did, but I was greeted by a man screaming at me across the room and through a door demanding I leave immediately. I tried once to explain that I just needed directions but the man continued yelling over me so I left. Again, if I broke your social distancing protocol I apologize but aggressively screaming at a stranger through a door is not an appropriate response. I understand that these are stressful times but going forward it would be much less alarming if a normal speaking volume would be used when speaking to strangers.

Customer service is so horrible I couldn't even get in for service. After calling twice on different days and being told both times I'd get a call back I instead get a text (screenshot below). The convo went nowhere. I went to Massage Envy.

The Fountain of Youth salon is such a trendy and fabulous place to go for every kind of pampering. The stylists are all very professional and trained exceptionally well. My recent visit on 7/9/16 was such a positive and uplifting salon experience. I left with a completely new look and everyone is showering me with compliments. I had my permanent eyeliner done at Fountain of Youth Aveda Salon Spa by Cheri. I am very pleased with it and would recommend it to anyone who uses eyeliner. I was very skeptical about permanent makeup but the results are wonderful. Cheri made me very comfortable and was very professional. She explained everything to me on the phone of what to expect when I called with questions. My appointment was scheduled quickly. I had so many compliments of how good it looks and most people cant believe its permanent eyeliner. I also have extra time in the mornings since it don't have to put my eyeliner on my bottom lids that I am scheduling an appointment to have my upper lids done. Its so nice to not have to worry about it going on uneven or waiting for it to dry that it will give me even more time. I have a very busy life working 2 jobs and start back to school that I need every minute I can get and not having to worry about putting eyeliner on every day is a great feeling. I highly recommend Cheri at Fountain of Youth Aveda Salon Spa if you are considering permanent makeup and can't wait until my upper lids are done.nnMichelle Davis
