I had an 8:00 PM massage and it did start on time. My massage therapist did ask about my preferences for the massage prior and I did indicate I wanted specific focus on my shoulders. While they did start in that area it was very minimal; I would have hoped after asking that more attention would have been focused there. The rest of the massage was fine however I felt as if this massage therapist did not “massage” and get into the muscles (I did request firm pressure).nnUpon checkout I was surprised at the price. I had called to make an appointment that was listed as a “last minute spa deal” to confirm I could use a $10.00 off coupon I received in my email. Upon check out I was charged full price. While the coupon was honored I’m not sure why I would have to pay full price for booking over the phone while the same appointment was listed at a discounted price online. In retrospect I do not feel the massage I received was worthy of the cost.

Very informative; took the time to explain things as this was my first massage ever. Respectful and did a good job taking precautions for the current health crisis. Also! Very cozy setting. Whole place feels relaxing.

Best massage ever! India was amazing, the front desk was amazing, rooms were clean and had a really great experience! Highly recommend! My hubby shares the same opinion! Will be back and thinking about getting monthly membership!

I've had better massage experiences in the mall at a kiosk. The massage therapist was polite...... everything else was very underwhelming to say the least. I've heard great things about this place but was extremely disappointed. Could just be that one therapist but I question the culture of a place that would allow this person to continue to give less than excellent service and care.. she went about the massage like I'm just here to do my job at the minimum and leave.. no care whatsoever. No bueno
