Amy measured and ordered our cabinets and countertops for our kitchen remodel and they are perfect. Pricing was great. She also set us up with great prices for our appliances. Unfortunately, our fridge is on backorder because of covid. But, that's obviously not her fault or Houston Starr's. In fact, she set us up with a loaner fridge until ours arrives, which was an awesome gesture and much appreciated. 5/5 for sure.
We are a commerical general contractor and we use Houston Starr for most of our doors. They have a great PM, Jason Morgan, who goes the extra mile to make sure the order is correct and on time. He has done numerous site visits and his efforts have saved us a lot of money in install time. I highly recommend!
This company is a large supplyer of commercial doors and locks with good service
3 days trying to place an order. Office is closed.. phone number on the door is disconnected. Corporate number for Pittsburgh doesn't work. Real professional
