Absolutely and completely happy with my Molyneaux carpeting. Called and received an appointment with Renee Rozzi quickly even in the middle of a Pandemic. She arrived wearing a mask and carrying multiple carpet samples. Renee was so helpful and patient. The installers were awesome as well. Loved the entire process and my home looks great!
Malik Vincent of the Rte 286 / Holiday Park location provided exceptional customer service and helped me work within my budget and time constraints. It was obvious within the first few minutes of speaking with Malik that he understood my concerns and was able to quickly identify exactly what I was looking for. Because of his help, I was able to have a beautiful floor installed quickly. He made the process effortless!
Loved working with Stephanie at Molyneaux for carpeting our upstairs bedrooms. She call in advance to narrow down the selections and was low pressure on sales when she came with samples, measuring and quote. Molyneaux called to schedule and advised exactly what we needed to do to prepare, then called to remind the day before. Lastly, the crew was pleasant and got the whole job done in one day (and it was HOT that day). Nice, locally owned company. Very happy with our carpet and install.
Working with Amy Walsh was a great experience. She was very knowledgeable in the products she was selling. She was very accommodating to our needs. We would definitely recommend her and this company to anyone looking for flooring!
After a bad experience with another company, I decided to call Molyneaux about installing carpet in our guest bedroom. From the very beginning, Colleen Small, Design Consultant, was personal, efficient, professional, and even came to our house with a selection of carpets to choose from.nThe installers were very efficient, cleaned up after themselves, and professional along with doing a great job with the installation.nnI will definitely use Molyneaux Tile Carpet Wood, again in the future.
