Purchased my daughter's wedding dress. I was not impressed by our consultant. She never introduced herself. She was not friendly. We purchased the dress.
Agree with the sentiments of other reviewers sharing that the customer service experience at this location is very poor. The team members are more concerned with merchandising items and chatting with each other than helping customers. The store wasn’t too busy and the team members were clustered together. No one spoke to me or my friend. This happens every time I visit this location.
I love Anthropologie. Majority of my clothes are from here... slight problem with this store location though. When I am here after work, I am treated lovely, but if I stop in before the gym (dressed down/no make up) I get crazy looks and rudeness. At first I thought I was looking into it too much, and tried to shake the feeling but without fail, it happens every time. I am writing this review because I spend plenty of money here and maybe sales associates who work here will be a little kinder to customers.
Very good quality clothing store
I’ve tried to go in twice in the past month and they have closed “early” without any online update. I wish I could put a sign on my office and just leave when I want.
