I called a local store where I live several times and they never called back. So I searched for what I needed, Don’s had as low a price as anyone and I used the “chat” to ask about it.nnImmediately given over to a sales rep who called to compete the transaction. Excellent service and pricing. initial model I wanted was not in stock - they found me a better model that was actually on sale for lower than my original request and delivered it in 2 days! unbelievable! and price was better than best buy. So very pleased - will continue to use for our appliance needs.
I can not stress enough how good my experience with Dons has been. I was in a bind, I just discovers the refrigerator was broken in the house we had just closed on and we’re moving into in just days. Dons was able to get me the fridge I wanted, a beautiful SS Bosch French door 500 series at the same price as any big box store. Most importantly this refrigerator was delivered and installed in my kitchen the very next day. The entire transaction was smooth, communication could not have been better. Check my other reviews, this am not always nice, I am honest. This is a no BS five stars. Dons is my first call for appliances from now on.
150% better than buying an appliance from a big box store like Home Depot or Lowes. Super personalized service. Great delivery updates. NO waiting on hold. Call and talk to a human. It was awesome.
