I consulted with Lola yesterday regarding a bathroom renovation that is long overdue. Even though I was not physically in the store and had not yet made a purchase, she took the time to answer all of my questions and proposed a total amount that far exceeded the competitors. I will most likely order from them and exclusively work with her! She is friendly and was able to ease my anxiety about moving forward! I will update my experience after all is said and done!

As an interior designer and industry professional it is very hard to keep all the details to a full large project in line. I love working with Lola and Michelle. I have been a repetitive client for 10years. The business is centrally located and the showroom has a lot of different more unique products to display. Lola always knows what to suggest to complete the project, she is my plumbing go to expert and I love her.

Great selection of bathroom and kitchen design features on the showroom floor and very personable and helpful customer service experience. Nice that several items were in stock for closer examination. Parking area is a little bumpy, but that's par for the course in Pittsburgh. :)
