T-Mobile

This t-mobile in East Liberty in Pittsburgh is a corporate store and I've been here roughly ten times over a seven year period and every time I've had tremendous customer service. One of the reasons I stay with t-mobile is this store and the people who run it. I always leave there thinking other establishments could learn so much by watching and listening there folks.

They made sure that my daughter was happy with her phone. So much positivity in your store. Louis was great. The amazing tech guru❤

My new T-Mobile service does seem to be faster than my former Sprint service but the transfer from Sprint to t-mobile was difficult maybe it was because it involved business account but I had to make 4 trips back to get it accomplished

Salesmen were not particularly helpful at all but the store was neat and well-stocked.
