I went there to switch my phone service. The place was nice and immaculate and the sales rep Jim was very helpful and he got me through everything !
I'll give it 3 stars because the service was slow...waited for an hour at least. Service is good...atmosphere is also good.
I got a phone there yesterday. John was very professional and helpful towards me.nMetro on the other hand is something else. In the first few minutes of the phone being activated they bombarded me with texts and then today (the day after) they auto call me for some survey while I'm at work.nJohn = GoodnMetro = not so good. If they don't stop with all the texts and calling then I will throw this phone away and go to another carrier.n5 Stars for John minus a couple stars for Metro's text stalking over a simple phone.
The People at the MetroPcs on Highland avenue are very helpful and friendly. I wouldn't go to any other store for help. I drive to this one even though, I have one closer to me in Bloomfield just for the customer service quality.
Great phone plans but very little help after your phone breaks (even if you pay for insurance) lots of hidden fees
