Verizon Authorized Retailer - Wireless Zone

After being a Verizon customer for 20+ years, the absolutely horrible experience I had here forced me to walk down the street to AT&T and switch service for the first time ever. There's no excuses for not willing to help customers with issues. Even if those said issues can't be fixed, customers should not be treated like garbage.

The customer service is amazing. I got a great deal on an iPhone 12 and an Apple Watch as well for Black Friday.

Brad was terrific ... my blind friend and I here to update phone and Brad was extremely friendly, professional and helpful ... he's a keeper!

This is not a Verizon store, and is not subject to Verizon return policies. They sold me a bad device. I brought it back because the speeds were bad for the couple hours I used it, and it broke after one use. I don't trust it and wanted to get a refund and purchase a different device elsewhere. No dice. If you want to purchase from Verizon, I strongly recommend buying from an actual Verizon store. Do not believe the sign above the store that says Verizon. It's a no-name storefront that carries Verizon products but doesn't respect Verizon policies.
