Target

I've really gotten to like this Target. They have good sales on vegan specialty items. I end up shopping here often because I get my prescriptions at the cvs inside, which is superior to the one across the street.

An item I wanted to purchase which was on the shelf with a shelf tag rang up as not able to be sold until the following week. In short, someone put the item out too early and I could not buy it. So, of course, you’d think they’d hold the item for me until next week. Right? Customer service, yes? You’d be wrong. I was informed they could not and would not do that for me. Basically, get lost. This isn’t the first time I’ve had extremely poor customer service from Target. It will be the last though.

It is easy for me to shop at Target... The layout of the store seems logical to me. The associates who work at Target are helpful and friendly.

The pickup process is easy and fast. Ordering online is easy, and the items are ready for pickup in a timely manner, sometimes within the hour of ordering!nEveryone at the pickup counter wore a mask. My staff person was courteous and friendly.

Yesterday a cashier .He was pleasant and professsional. He asked me was i part of the cirle reward. He let me know that it would be easy and that I could start with the items that I bought yesterday . He took out his phone and show me how easy. He was awesome and he help make my day pleasant. He did tell me his name Dylan.; but if I am wrong forgive me.. The East Liberary store is clean and everyone is helpful.
