Love Panera! But this location can never get the order right. We try again every few months to see if it has improved.nnNormally they forget a few things or give the wrong dressing. But this last time literally not one item was right. They had to remake our entire pick up order.
I had to take photos of how terrible the lettuce in my salad was for anyone to believe me! Completely had turned pink and brown, wilted. I have been to this location several times and each time is worse.
Terrible customer service. Very rude after not delivering half of the order and saying it wasn’t there problem they’ll just cancel it. No response from emailing customer service either. Can’t get through to them over the phone either. Manager also lied about refund time, said it’d only be a day but it’s actually 7-10 days according to cancellation email.
Nice location to sit outside and relax. Foods always good.
Uber Eats forgot my order and the manager made sure it was still delivered. Appreciated the help!
