Pretty solid Dunks. I order on the app and they have it correct and ready every time I go! I grew up where there are 5-10 Dunks in one city. Before going to this location, haven’t had the greatest experience at any of the other locations in Pittsburgh.
Customer service has been terrible the three time I have visited this store. This includes wrong orders, and unresponsive/uninformed employees. Also, I was given two cups of ice cream the last time I visited and after paying was then informed that they were out of anything to actually eat the ice cream with (read: spoons). A little heads up on that would have been great. I would advise visiting a different BR for your fix.
I stopped here for a quick to go bite with my two small ones. The service was quick, the employees were nice and I got in and out very fast. My husband enjoyed his sausage, egg and cheese on a croissant, I enjoyed my bagel with cream cheese , my son loved his glazed donut while my daughter stuffed down her hashbrowns. I would definitely be back.
It was crowded, but the service was pretty quick. I love their coffee. Their breakfast sandwiches aren't as good as they used to be. Oh and there is free parking in the back. There's no drive through at this Dunkin.
Love the service and the employees. Also the discounts for vets and essential workers.
