Hit or miss with this location. Last couple times have been bad. Was even offered a free gift card via email. So stopped in. And they couldn’t figure out how to do it because there’s no manager at this location. The ice cream is usually off too. It tastes good. But recently they’ve been out of flavors. One time nine was extremely melty and my significant others was nothing but ice. I suggest finding another location to visit. They’ve been trying. But I don’t know why there’s no manager there for months now...
The 5 stars are specifically for Christian White. Above and beyond; exemplary customer service. He takes pride in his efforts and it shows.
Waited 15 Mins for someone to come upfront from the back room. Didn’t even apologized. Ask me what I wanted. Said , “ I was here to pick up an online order”. Went in the back for another 10mins. Said “ it hasn’t been made. “nnThere was no one in the store. I don’t understand how 2 pints of ice-cream wasn’t ready. Had to wait another 19mins with still no one in the store. While 3 employees laughed and made jokes.nnDidn’t even say sorry! To make things worse gave me the wrong ice cream.nn* also employees didn’t have their mask on. Just hung around their necks.
Didnt have strawberry shakes ordered a Vanilla and it tasted like it had bananas in it. I got small and it was highly overpriced. So not a great experience.
