Alex was very straight forward ab what needed to be done on my roommates account, didn’t try to sell us anything, upgrade or downgrade the plan, literally just did everything we asked, and handled it very promptly. Will be returning to the Verizon store from now on. I appreciate the straight forwardness.

I went to 4 stores trying to find a case for my new Galaxy A71 5G UW. No luck until I got to the Verizon store in Sewickley. The man there was so very nice and patient with me. He showed me how the case would fit and explained how to put the screen saver in place. Best customer service ever!!

terrible help, pretty much told us to leave the store. so we leftnwill not go back, i will drive further to moon township.
