They sold me a used desktop with a upgraded video card for light gaming. I noticed recently the the Driver Disk that came with the GEforce card, did not have the Driver for Windows 7, which is what was on the HP Desktop they sold me. I needed to re-install the Drivers for the Video Card recently, and could not do it. I spoke with John about it this morning. He told me they no longer do any work for the general public. He stated they only do work for businesses now. I asked if he could help me out, since i purchased quite a few computers from him over the years? I also told him they didn't give me the correct Driver Disk, with the updated graphics card they sold and installed for me. He treated me horribly! The was no reason for him to act like that, because I was not being ignorant, or rude at all to him.He told me he would work on it for $100 an hour! I asked him if he had a new, or used Graphic card that I could buy off of him, and I would install it myself? He ended the call without a word. The conclusion is he is a rotten little Geek, and will rip you off if he can. It's easier to overcharge businesses, because they need their systems up and running. I sent him a gift as a going away present. Goodbye John. You used to be a decent person.

It was a relief to find a knowledgeable resource who had been established and in business for over a decade. I felt the pricing was fair and I got exactly what I needed without high pressure sales pitch or someone trying to wow me with Jargon.

Picked up a computer a couple weeks ago. Only place I saw that had older computers with a dedicated serial port. The owner (I'm assuming) was attentive and had the computer ready fast. Uploaded whatever windows OS you requested (I specifically requested windows 7). Great pricing and would recommend to anyone looking for a decent laptop.

They just inundated craigslist with 10 year old computers worth a third of their asking price.
