I believe it’s very unprofessional to charge someone one price and charge another like $751.00 I will never do business with these guys again! They were rude and unprofessional if you ask me. Sorry ud83dude10 but never again!!!! And was Never Given a $150 deposit back... So please stay clear... these guys will Rob you blind of whatever they can!
Called Penske Call Center to schedule a truck rental on 2/21/20 at 12:15pm. Was very surprised when I heard their rate increase from $450 (paid few months ago) to $751 (increased by 67%). Asked why such an increase and the dispatcher got very agitated and inappropriately wanted me to rent somewhere else and hung up me. Never expected this type of behavior from a reputable company like Penske. Very very disappointed of their customer service.
My experience with this location did not include perfect circumstances, but they consistently responded well to every challenging circumstance. The staff are friendly and helpful and the price was the most reasonable that I could find in that area. Even when I was well on my way across the country, they were glad to help when I called them for advice or assistance. Thank you guys for your great customer service and support. ud83dudc4d
Tried to rip me off for my cash deposit. It took me a month of being lied to repeatedly by what seemed to be numerous employees and a negative google review to gain owner Mr. Collins attention. At this point he only wanted to refund half of my money even when I had printed paperwork showing they signed the truck off with zero issues. He agreed to return my full deposit if I removed the original negative review. He sent the check. I removed the original review. Done deal.
Great. Let us have all day to return the (super-nice, brand new) truck
