They reached out to us to ensure we were satisfied with their service. They explained all of their charges and withdrew extra charges once everything was explained. Very reasonable company. Everyone was nice. Good rates. I would use them again.

This was our 6th military move and I can finally say that we had nothing damaged, lost or broken! Even every single kitchen item came to us in a new state all in one piece. We were also impressed with one of our packers (I wish I could remember his name), he found our young daughters $50 laying in her bedroom and brought it to her as he was packing her room. With our many moves we have had things lost or stolen and we more then appreciated this mans honesty. Thank you!

Recently moved to Olympia, WA - my third military move in about three years. This moving company has exceeded my expectations and stands out as the BEST delivery of household goods in my career. The delivery personnel were polite, responsive, careful, and eager to ensure that everything was exactly where/how I wanted it and even came back for another day to ensure completion of a full unpack. I have also had a few phone calls to customer service requesting additional information/documents and Ms. Tracy was incredibly caring and helpful each time. The considerate and hard-working individuals who helped me and my family represent not only Olympic Moving and Storage but also made an excellent first impression on the city and state I will call home for the next few years.
