We love the bagels at Buggers and frequent the Greentree / Cochran road outlet.nnBut this store had very rude staff. They just made it so complicated for us to order our 6 Bagel + cheese tub combo ... The lack of logical thinking at this location is really astounding. Trying to pick up an order that apparently not there, buying 12 bagels, to only later find out they won’t refund the online order that magically was there the whole time! Apparently I used the wrong wording and it was a cater pick up and not a pick up order! To make things better? It was the manager taking my order. Terrible.
This was my first visit and definitely won’t be my last. The food is amazing and the staffs are so friendly and welcoming.
Seriously some of the best bagels I've ever had. I just happened to be in the area and saw their building. I'm so glad I went in. The service was A+. The food was incredible and wasn't expensive. I'll be back, for sure.
Staff get along so well that they seem related.
