No matter if you go to Sewickley or their newest location in Mt Lebanon Mediterra cafe serves quality food with their renown artisan breads. Online advance ordering is available.nnYou can order for both dine in or take out. Breakfast served until 1 pm and their French toast is literally worth a visit alone! They serve both sandwiches, salads, and pastries and even have a refrigerator for grab and go items. Gluten free and vegetarian options available.nnEnjoyed the eggplant sandwich with cheese paired with a cup of lentil soup that had chick peas and beets in a turkey broth. So good! Quality groceries are for sale from some of the finest vendors. Can be pricey but that's what you are paying for.nnThey also sell their artisan breads by loaf or in rounds. Friendly and helpful customer service make you feel at home.

LOVE the atmosphere (beautiful decor, super light, warm and inviting)and all the variety they have going on with their products. Always give your your food in a timely way. Matcha could use some work

Decent food ruined by inefficient service. Staff were friendly but it shouldn't take over half an hour for a cheese and charcuterie platter to go. Coffee came out in 2 minutes, great; salad 10, also great; but approximately 20 more minutes for cold meat and cheese?nnReally wanted to love this place but left very disappointed.

Upscale bakery and cafe in heart of Sewickley. The breakfast sandwich was delicious. Bread was fresh and the freshly cooked egg was the perfect amount of runniess. Really nice touch with a water station that allows you to get a glass of water via a tap handle. Extra points for having both regular and sparkling water dispenser. Really cute gifts and other items got sale.
