The worst and most dishonest company ever. They never meet their schedule they cant bid the stone jobs properly. The workmanship is the worst ever they have multiple Hispanic crews that dont care about the job or their customers. Please put this company out of buisness. Dont use them. they never return calls. Ever
We are so impressed with the quality of the product and the service we received from Quality Stone. We originally worked with them to design and install our business sign over 7 years ago. Recently we noticed a handful of stones had fallen off, so we contacted them for repairs, and they went above and beyond to make it right. They didn’t simply replace the stonework that had fallen off--Roger showed up and in a few short days our entire sign had brand new stone! Everything was covered under warranty. We noticed Roger even went the extra mile to make it nice and keep it nice. He cleaned up the project area every day, leaving it pristine even while the stonework was still in progress. He put down plastic sheeting to protect our grass and our new blacktop, and he always had a smile on his face. Thank you Quality Stone for the excellent customer service and impressive stonework!
Have called several times, no call back! Part of the stones they installed a year ago are turning dark, they said that they would come back and paint them? Poor customer service.
No one calls me back. I have left numerous messages for service and no one returns my calls!!
