Ordered 3 dozen doughnuts to be picked up at 9:30am. I was early, but the order was waiting on me. I was in line (drive thru) for less than 5 mins. Got the doughnuts, headed out of the parking area. When I realized I would need napkins, I called them and asked if they had any. They were more than happy to tell me to return to the store for a large stack of napkins. The doughnuts themselves were delicious, and fresh. I'll be back!

I wish I didn’t have to give this place a star. They don’t even deserve it. We ordered ahead of time the doughnut kits. We couldn’t even understand the man that was on the phone to begin with. We went to pick them up but the doors were locked. There was a employee that motioned that we had to go the drive thru line. We went to the drive and an employee that was sweeping the floor chased our car down to let us know we could come in and pay for the order. We get to the door and the employees acted like they weren’t going to let us in. Then they start giving us grief about one of their employees allowing us to come to the door. We didn’t even want to come in just let me pay for my order and get the kits. The whole time the supervisor was rude. How are you going to be a manager or whatever you are and be so rude?! As if you don’t need my money but you're the one working there! Vey unprofessional I wouldn’t recommend wasting your money here.

I went to the drive thru and, while very busy, moved too slow. Then when I reach the pickup window. At least three employees were feeding a dog munchkins through the window without gloves. Please be aware that we are in a pandemic and there is a complete disregard for sanitation but this incident would be appalling regardless of the global climate. I then had to wait an additional five minutes for my sandwich presumably because the employees were busy feeding dogs rather than making food.
