We came in to the store to add a line for my son and do a possible upgrade for myself. Doyle W. was very patient with us and went through all of our options a few times. I wanted to make the right decision but still get the best deal for us. We ended up adding a line, transferring to a new phone and upgraded our plan. We both got the Glass Screen protector and really love it.
Doyle was very helpful and professional. He is friendly and he knows what he is talking about. He will help you get what you need and work with you. I am glad he was there. Transferring phones was a very smooth process. He will answer any questions and find the answers for you. Great store. Would recommend!
I took my family in to get a new phone one evening and ended up getting talked into a phone I didn't want. The gentleman kept telling me just to give it a chance. A week later I ended up going back and Dallas Windsor helped me right away. He was so extremely nice and helpful! He ordered me in the phone I truly wanted and was able to help me switch everything over! I walked out so happy and so satisfied! He is an awesome employee and if it wasn't for him I wouldn't have returned here again! Thank you so much Dallas!
I got a new phone over the weekend (completely unplanned actually). You know how when you go get a phone it's usually a several hour event? Doyle made it as quick as can be. In fact, he actually made getting the phone enjoyable. He was easy to talk to, answered all and any of my questions while making helpful suggestions/recommendations. The store is also has a really nice, open, welcoming lay out. I highly recommend going to this store and seeing Doyle. It was definitely a pleasant experience
Doyle was fantastic! Very attentive and helped my husband and I with all we need. He was very patient with all our questions and took his time explaining!! Definitely when I go back I will try to schedule and appointment with him!!
