Always a long drive through line but they are efficient. Wide variety of drinks and food. Always good..courteous staff.

What a disappointment. I was craving a chocolate frosted donut. Used the drive through was greeted with a polite young man, placed my order and was served with a smile.nAs I left, I peered into my Chocolate bottom filled bag, because my donut was thrown into my bag without using a wax paper sheet. No napkin in the bag, making it impossible to eat while driving. I wanted to call the store, but no receipt either. A simple gesture as placing an item neatly into a bag, including a napkin or two and providing a receipt would make a huge difference in customer service. The one star is for the courteous young man that took my order.

I get Dunkin coffee on a regular bases. I normally enjoy my visits and get what I ask for, but at the Dunkin on Baltimore Street I cant say I get the best Quality coffee. Today I asked for an original frozen with no whip. I guess they just decide what you’ll drink instead of what you asked for because they gave me a frozen mocha. Well that was almost $5 that I may as well of thrown away.

I’ve lived in the area for a few years now, so this was my go-to Dunkin when I would go. I’ve gone a few times over the past few weeks and there always seemed to be an issue with my order. I try to give them the benefit of the doubt and be patient because they are SO busy in the mornings. But when I order something specific and it’s missing or not there, it’s not my fault if you have to take a minute to put whipped cream on my drink when it’s clearly on the label. Most of the staff are nice and friendly, but I don’t appreciate the slight attitude when my order isn’t made right. Another recent issue seems to be burning my bagel when I ask for it to be toasted light. The issues only seem to be over the last month or so, so I hope they can work it out so the labels and order tickets are clearly understood.

The customer service here is absolutely horrible. Called and left a complaint the person in charge couldn’t have cared less and if you don’t care about the fact your restaurant is being ran horribly then I don’t know how much longer they will stay in business. My order got messed up twice in the same day and twice in the same week . This place needs to be held accountable. The manager never apologize for the incompetence of their employees. They don’t care about speed which if your going to be slow it’s no excuse for orders to be wrong .
