Camped out front from 4pm Thanksgiving evening to 7am Black Friday morning and since we were #1 in line I got my son PS5 for Christmas. They only had 2and no digital ones and 4 XBOX . However, the staff as always was very honest, friendly and handed out the numbers to get your item at 530 am so people didn't have to stay any longer then necessary after camping out all night. I love this store and the guys that work there. There's a reason this store us my favorite and it's the staff !!!

Absolutely horrible, they lied about ps5 pre orders and I’ll be going full digital because I’m sick of dealing with their lies. I have been a loyal customer for many years today I stop going to GameStop sadly this is the exact reason they are going out of business.nnLet me add this if Adam was working they wouldn’t have gotten away with the lies and manipulation of customers.nnThanks for ruining my son’s birthday !

Somewhat knowledgeable about there own promotions but willing to be helpful

They dont help people out I call to ask a questions about Repairs to my xbox and Controller I got sorry we dont do that well ok then tell and idea who does

According to the hours posted they should’ve opened at 11. We got here at 9 thinking all the stores had the same hours. We waited until 11 for GameStop to open. It’s 11:15. The grates are still down and no one is answering the phone.
