Sprint Store

GO here First! My daughter’s phone wouldn’t turn on, after a drop to the floor. We tried another Sprint store & the guy there didn’t even TRY to turn it on! Told us to file a claim with the insurance company. Left there, went to Brandy’s store & was SO happy that we did! She got the phone to turn on. Did some research and we were able to get the iPhone 12 for less money per month than the old phone. She signed me up for Autopay and saved me more money! Great customer service! THIS is how you take care of your customers!

The staff here are super friendly and knowledgeable. They helped me work through a crazy situation and were happy to do it. Brandy and Brittney were especially helpful and they got me all set up in little time. Thank you so much for everything ! I highly recommend! ud83dudc93
