This is hands down the SLOWEST location I have been to. They are on a busy street and absolutely cannot keep up with demand. I've worked in food services for years, you might wanna figure out a way to train your staff to work better together because whatever you're doing isn't working.nnI however can say I haven't experienced bad coffee or food. Customer service for has never been negative.

I have been a long time customer of Dunkin Donuts for many years. I've always enjoyed the coffee. On Wednesday 11/25/20 I went to the Hanover location. Once I received my coffee I started to put it in my cup holder but it fell in my lap because the lid was not secure. My car seats are soaked, my clothes are soaked and the coffee was so hot on my skin. Yes it should be hot because I ordered hot coffee but the lid should always be sealed. I did not want to take a shower in hot coffee. I called the store and the manager has not returned my call. I had to drive home, shower and change my clothes, and ask someone else to take me back to work since my seat was wet. My lunch break should have been 30 minutes instead of 2 1/2 hours. I am very disappointed in the service I have received .

The products are good and they try their best to get you through quickly but they really need to move to a different location. With drive through being the only option since covid the line up is to the point that cars are stopping on in the road outside, impeding traffic. Today a police officer was giving tickets out! It is a really busy location and would benefit from two sets of drive through windows or the ability to do curb side pickup.

I'm pretty regular at Dunkin and here lately, some of the day shift has been less than desirable. My orders are always messed up one way or the other and the girls that are typically at the window and not the most pleasant.nI've honestly resorted to just going at different times or a different location to avoid certain shifts due to the negligence.
