Absolutely the best buying experience I've had. Due to my quirks, I called the store prior to deciding to visit. I explained what I was looking for as well as my expectations. I spoke to Mike and given his friendly response and understanding, I decided to go.nnWhen I walked in, I was greeted by nearly the whole team. Introduced to Mike who immediately took me to the mattress we spoke about on the phone. He was prepared right from the start, showed me mattresses in the style I wanted, and ultimately found one heck of a deal for a much better bed that more than met my expectations. I would definitely recommend coming here to mattress firm in Hanover PA. Chris and the other associate were very happy to help me and went above and beyond to get me the best deal they could find. I walked out knowing that I did not get the “run around” and did not get taken advantage of. Spent about an hour in the store looking and was not pressured into buying anything. This is my first mattress I ever ordered and will definitely come back here for my next one. I am very pleased!!! Thank you guys for the awesome buying experience!!!
Mike ( their newest employee ) and the rest of the staff were very friendly and knowledgeable about Mattresses. Honestly, I never knew there was such a variety. Mike “took me back to school” and in the end, made my wife and I confident that we made the right decision by stopping in. Great job guys! A++
We had a great experience picking our mattress here. We were specifically looking for the purple mattresses. The people were warm and knowledgeable. They match the price that I found online and gave us the best deals they could offer. They are great!
Went to Mattress Firm tonight for the first time and it was definitely a good experience! David was very helpful and wasn’t pushy at all. He was very friendly and professional. They had a lot of choices for the type of mattress I was looking for and found the right one for a really good deal! I definitely recommend checking this place out.
