GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! Glenn was super helpful the minute my sister and I stepped through the door. He met our needs and fulfilled our expectations! MEGAN is the best ! She stayed after hours to help my wife and i find the best mattress to fit our needs. She was extremely helpful and very honest about everything she told my wife and i. Great experience! Megan was very helpful in finding us the right mattress - she really knew her stuff! We ordered the mattress set one day, and it was delivered the very next morning. The delivery guys were polite, careful and super efficient. They had gloves and masks, and shoe protectors. We were 100% satisfied and would recommend this store.
My husband and I investigated mattresses for a while now and went to this store. I told Glen why we needed a soft but firm bed and I believe this guy went to school to learn all about mattresses! He really knows his stuff! He found two and they were both perfect. We chose the more expensive one because I really needed a good mattress. Well we have had it about a week now and I haven’t slept this good in many many years! Thank you Glen!!
