Rob in millwork has been excellent to deal with. He has been incredibly responsive and professional. He has provided some of the best customer service I have experienced. He worked with me to spec-out 5 custom doors for my basement refinish project, providing multiple timely quotes as I made adjustments to my request. All was done quickly over email and phone, which is much appreciated during a pandemic. This experience will definitely help determine where I do my future home improvement shopping.

Mike in the Garden Center was so helpful today. I went in looking for pine from Christmas trees and Mike was so enthusiastic about helping me find random branches to reuse. He was so friendly and eager to help me on a busy day. His positive attitude and friendly customer service made my day. Thanks, Mike!

I was purchasing some heavy items in the Garden Center this past weekend, and got help with loading from Michael. I told him what I was picking up, and he pointed out an associated item that had just gone on sale for 75% off. I was going to purchase this during another visit anyway, but instead bought 4 and saved $80. Great guy! Very nice, and a big help with loading. Thanks!
