AT&T Store

5 stars for Mac who is the manager at this store. Could there be a harder working, more diligent worker? I think not. She was wonderful! Sooo helpful. We were able to switch from Verizon AND save money. She took time to answer every single question. I watched her spend hours with another customer who was having trouble setting up their phone and needed tutorials. I highly recommend this store and if you do have a wait hit up Jerry and Sal's Pizza in the same Mall for the best pizza in PA!nnAlso Mac if you're reading this hit me up so we can hang out already!ud83dude00

Austin at the Hanover mall was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. I had gone to a different AT&T store and they were unable to resolve the issue. Austin said he knew he could get it done. It was a long process of talking to tech support, but he was able to get the end result that I wanted. He saved this client because I thought I was going to have to go with a different company.
