Two stars ONLY because this location actually answered the phone. Wanted to order a PS4 headset and controller for curbside pickup during the pandemic while they had a flash sale going on, confirmed that the items were in stock at this location, then called to place the order because my phone can't run the checkout. The employee proceeded to belittle me for calling instead of using the website, he then lied and said they don't keep pre-owned items in the store at all.

Great store. Had the game I needed.
