I have to say that the service and the staff at this location is top notch! I may be partial as Jacob Hunt is my nephew but he has definitely gone over and beyond to make sure my experience was nothing short of perfection! I not only upgraded my iPhone but also purchase the new I-watch as well . I would recommend Jake to anyone who is in the market for a new phone. Wonderful experience at this store. We got our service switched to Verizon with new phones in a timely manner. Nic did a great job and I left feeling very satisfied and had all my questions answered. 5 stars to Nic and the rest of the staff!

I came in yesterday Oct14 and Lauren quickly ascertained the problem and sent me to contact tech support. It was amazingly easy and also thorough. They said the phone was no good and sent me another. It came on Oct 15 and I went back to the store and Jake reset my new one. This is the kind of thing customer service is supposed to be. Excellent exoerience!!
