If I could give this store a 0 rating I would. I was checked out on 6/6/20 at 4:35 pm, the employee that was on register could care less about the customer in front of her. She was more focused on talking to her friend. I was literally so close to walking out of the store.
Personally would give zero stars don't get the protection plan from here cuz there's no number to call and you can't cancel it you're stuck paying $127 every year and can't get rid of it.
Went there to buy a cash register. Found what I wanted. Wrote a check for my purchase and was told I had to pay with another form of payment. Would NOT take my check. Have exemplary credit, Local Hanoverian. Been in business all my life. I was appalled. Last trip there.
Nice selection of office supplies, and the staff is helpful.
The bathroom is disgusting and we’ve been here several times and the staff is inattentive, rude, and they don’t know anything about their products. Besides this store being grossly dirty and the costumer service sucking, the products they sell are high quality and easy to use.
