Panera Bread

Great curbside pickup service. They didn't have an item I ordered so they suggested something else or a refund. I took what they suggested and I don't regret it. They also gave me two free cookies YUM!!!

Typical comfortable fats paced at lunch time Panera. They did not leave the slime purple off my sandwich. ( It's some onion thing I think) but once removed it was fine. Food comes out as it is made so sometimes the soup isn't hot.nComplete lack of organization during covered behind the counter I am not complaining about the lack of table space but the lack of skills of the people working the counter. they cannot coordinate their call-ins with their drive-thru and they're in restaurant service.

Super fast, easy parking. Rapid pick-up located right inside the doors. Also have curbside pickup with several clearly marked parking spots.

Pretty good location. Standard Panera fare. Consistently friendly service.nnI appreciate the fact that this location has a drive thru!nnEdited: Had to downgrade this to one star. This location is never open anymore. I have been there twice in the last couple of weeks, during peak business times, and they are shut up tighter than a drum. Apparently, they don't want customers.nnDunkin' Donuts in the area has been open ....

I used to order from here every week. And, sometimes more than once. The food is usually really good. Service though can be very poor. The first time I had an issue with them was when I ordered a breakfast sandwich, and they completely messed it up. I called in regards to the mix up, and was told that they would mail me a voucher for the item. I never received that. The second time I had ordered bread from the bakery, and had it delivered. Only to find that some of the brioche rolls I had ordered were missing. The delivery driver said that they were out of stock, and that she had been told that I was called in regards to it. Which I never was. I told her this, but being that a refund for the rolls was in the bag with my order I just let it go. The third time I ordered candy cookies for my children with my order. Only to discover them missing. I called to complain, and was told that again they would send me a voucher. I explained to the young lady I spoke to that I had been promised the same form of compensation before, and had never received it. Now, this time the employee actually was true to her word, and made sure that the vouchers were sent. However, I have not ordered since, because every time I even consider it there's a little voice in the back of my mind that wonders how they're going to mess my order up. Not to mention that I was adding extra bacon, and extra tomato on my breakfast sandwiches which are an additional charge. But, I realized that even though I ordered and paid for those add ons I wasn't receiving them on my sandwiches.
