We went to this store today, and Lana Martinez was amazing! She did a really good job helping us in a very nice and effective way. I am so happy to find this high quality service near by my home. ! She has all the capacity to be a manager.

T-Mobile next to Macy's, Harley is awesome, she helped me with my phone, I worked with 2 stores and 2 over the phone T-Mobile technical support rep's and nothing. Harley fixed my problem in less than 5 minutes. Great job Harley, keep it up ud83dudc4d

There's two T-Mobile locations in the flatiron crossing mall, the one next to Macy's is the place to go. I went in two days ago needing to upgrade my phone and wanted to look into getting the Samsung Active 2 as well. Gilbert was insanely helpful from 10 am in the morning when they first opened and from 4 pm when after hours of system issues was able to provide me with the watch I wanted. T-Mobile employees are still working through getting to know Sprint's side of the system - because of this Gilbert and a few of the other team members ran into a few hiccups. They were all extremely apologetic though I understood the struggles and didn't fault them at all. Gilbert went above and beyond to ensure that I was taken care of by helping me get the best deal and what I wanted. He went out of his way to come to my store (I'm a mall employee) to get payment for the watch and ensured that the watch was brought to me at my store since I was no longer able to leave the store until close.nnThank you so, so much Gilbert and to the rest of the team for helping make my experience the best that I've ever had in any mobile store. This T-Mobile location will be my go to location.

I had such a great experience at this store! We were helped by Chad who was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. We added a second line, got a new phone, and a new android smart watch and I didn't leave the store feeling like I spent too much money or made a mistake. Chad got us the best deals, waived my activation fee, and he even helped me replace my screen protector for free! Chad went above and beyond for us and we will definitely be back to see him!
