Today we went into the Mattress Firm located in Tumwater just to get an idea of what the new bed market looked like. We were greeted by Sam, a very knowledgeable and personable man. At no point did we feel pressured as we were shown and tested nearly every bed in the building. Sam was exceptionally well informed on all products he showed us and made sure we were able to pick the mattress that best suited us. We were able to fulfill everything we wanted in a mattress for a price we thought was more then fair. Thank you for the great experience.

Roy was extremely friendly and helpful with the purchase of my son’s new mattress. He made sure I was able to try out a few options and was very attentive to my questions and other customers, even though he was the only employee in the store. I also appreciated the COVID-19 sanitary precautions this location was following, and felt safe being there. I will definitely be back when it’s time to upgrade our mattresses!

This was a great mattress-shopping experience. I was looking to replace a bed-in-a-box that wasn't meeting my needs, and Roy was very helpful. He listened, understood what I was looking for, and showed me some great options in my price range. He was easy-going, very knowledgeable, and did not rush my process. We had a very pleasant, personable conversation. He explained and demonstrated different features I wasn't familiar with, which was very helpful in my decision, and asked about my professional life. We connected like normal people. Of course, he had his schpeil as most salesman do, but the schpeil was short, simple and did not sideline my stated priorities. He efficiently laid out the various price-point, promo and financing options when I first arrived, and then left it alone so that I could shop mattresses. He asked plenty of questions to fine-tune what my needs were. He did not push or pressure me to buy something I wasn't planning to buy. I found a great mattress, for less that the bed-in-a-box I bought, and it's being delivered to my house for free next week. Equipped with all the info Roy shared with me, I feel confident I bought a good bed for my needs. And if it turns out I was wrong, he explained the simple exchange/return process. I am a satisfied customer.

Very helpful and patient staff! My wife and I came in with our 3 year old daughter and they were extremely accommodating as they let us take our time to find the perfect mattress within our budget. Very clean store and they’re following all pandemic guidelines. Would wholeheartedly recommend!!!

I did some research before I went in, found a couple beds I was interested in went in and dealt with Roy at the Tumwater Washington store, he had me try the ones that I had looked at and was able to keep my cost in my budget just like I wanted. Thank you so much you guys are awesome!
