I have been contemplating getting a new mattress for several months, my current mattress is 10:years old and has become hills and valleys, I need a good night's sleep. I went to Mattress Firm today in Lacey, WA and what a great experience! Kate was my sales person and she definitely be went above and beyond to help me pick a mattress set that would fit my needs and my budget. Our experience at the store in Lacey was terrific. Sales people were very friendly, informative, professional and did not pressure. Their knowledge of their product was well above any other mattress stores we visited. Mattress Firm has great guarantees and is a well-established company. I wouldn't hesitate for this to be your first stop searching for a new mattress.

Helped me find what I wanted, no pressure or pushing to get any thing. Asked about budget right up front and worked to show options within the range. Pretty good experience all around.
