We had a great experience from sales with Billy to the installation crew! Dates were as scheduled and the cabinets are beautiful! Very pleased! Highly recommend if you are considering replacing your cabinets or new construction. The cabinets are high quality. A huge upgrade for our 70s home. Nice update!

The sales experience with Founder's Choice was very personable and David made sure to do everything he could to help me stay within my budget and on track working with my kitchen contractor. Service fell flat, however, in the details of installation. Communication between the sales team and warehouse/installers was not smooth - I had to call to figure out timing and details for planned work. Trim materials on top cabinets were missed and the configuration how my dishwasher would be installed was also missed. This caused rework and incurred me extra cost for plumbing and installation. If I were working with multiple contractors again, I'd make sure to really iron out either side's plans and triple check before putting in an order.nnI am very happy with the gentle close cabinets and the look of the white shaker style. Overall, good product but end-to-end customer experience was lacking coordination and detail orientation.

Fantastic! Billy was great from the moment we walked into the showroom. We reworked the design and reworked the design and Billy never seemed shook up. We felt that he was completely interested in getting us what we wanted for our kitchen. The big thing for us was communication and if he said he was going to call on Monday; he did. Sounds like a small thing but in dealing with other cabinet places in the area, that was not done by others.nInstallation was smooth and again Darin was continued the communication and commitment to doing things right. We felt it was a quality install by a true professional with integrity. One of the doors had a small ding but Darin didn’t even install it. He let me know and already ordered a replacement. I truly found out how well done the install was when I started the tile backsplash, everything was dead level! And the separate sections of cabinets even matched each other. Everything is done by company employees. Design, construction of the cabinets, demo, install of the cabinets and countertops. No independent contractors with these guys.nWe are truly happy with going with Founders Choice. Local family owned business with integrity and quality.
